Racetrack, service areas and off-road courses are completed by large spaces within a renovated traditional Lombard farmhouse with an enclosed courtyard. The large courtyard, that is surrounded by buildings and three porticoes, represent an ideal location for events and exhibitions. The facility has a large internal car park for cars and buses and a heliport.

The central building has three classrooms, with variable dimensions based on requirements, and are equipped with audio-visual systems. The upper floor has a self-service and a regular restaurant.
